As of January 13, 2004 I have decided to join the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's largest fundraising program. On June 6, 2004 I will be cycling my first centruy ride in Lake Tahoe with Team in Training. Just so you know, century means 100 miles. Team in Training is the world's largest sports & endurance training program, with efforts of rasing funds for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Along with training for the ride, I have set a goal of fundraising $4,200. The money will go towards research, patient services, and education for leukemia and other blood-related cancers.

Thank you for visiting and I will keep you posted on my progress. 100 miles won't be easy, but it is nothing compared to the struggle that people have daily fighting any blood-related cancer.
